OPEN COMMUNITY PRACTICE

This session is hosted by a few of our students who wanted to open their own Monday evening practice to the community.

They will open the session at 6pm with the Ashtanga opening chant, and move individually through the Ashtanga primary series. Invitation here is to join them, or focus on your own breath and whatever movement you enjoy and are familiar with.

From 6pm the space is silent, arrive and leave as and when you need, leave phones and kōrero outside to maintain the focus.
