Whether you're looking to refine your āsana, build greater consistency, or simply reconnect with the essence of your practice, Dan's monthly workshop offers a space to learn, reflect and grow together.
Each gathering is an in-depth exploration of yoga techniques and practices, with individual guidance tailored to where you are right now. Bring your questions, your challenges, your injuries and your curiosity. This is a space to go deeper than a regular class allows.
Dan brings 30 years of teaching experience, 12 of them training in India as an Ashtanga teacher, followed by 9 years running his own studio in Australia. Now holding a Master of Osteopathy, Dan draws on a clinically-informed understanding of the body's pathophysiology to inform how he teaches, with a genuine belief that yoga should be shaped around the practitioner, not the other way around.
Suitable for anyone wishing to cultivate a deeper, more individual approach to their practice. All styles and levels welcome.
