Come and learn the foundational poses of yoga in a fun, supportive studio environment. Suitable for complete beginners, or anyone wanting a refresher after time away from the mat.
Glenn will guide you through the physical poses (āsana), alongside an introduction to basic breathing techniques (prāṇāyāma) and yogic philosophy. Iyengar Yoga suits all ages, all bodies and all levels of flexibility or stiffness — a wonderful support to your other physical activities, and to your emotional and mental wellbeing.
If you've been thinking about trying something different, this is your chance to break the ice. No pressure, no judgement — come test out the space, learn some of the terminology, and figure out what all the fuss is about. Whoever you are, wherever you've come from, yoga has something to offer.
